Russell or Rusty as he is known by is entering his second season following the departure of Colin Sangster and is forging ahead with pre season training . He would have been a Caithness loyal had he not flown the coup to ply his trade down under playing for and coaching western Australian side Palmyra RFC for 7 Years . Russell is a forlorn figure pacing the Millbank sideline on a cold winters day sporting his gamekeepers wax jacket to keep him warm. Russell lives somewhere in the sticks with his wife Nicola and three kids Emma , Kate and Logan .
