Gordy has been playing rugby in Caithness since his early high school years and has established himself in the first xv filling many positions including stand off ,wing and on the very odd occasion scrum half . He showed great strength and depth in character returning to the fold following injury in an accident .He lives with his partner Shelley and son Connor in Wick and still competes well against his dad Norman at training (although dad sometimes gets the upper hand). Gordy has been known by many names over the years and will answer to anything.
